Terms of Service
Last updated June 6, 2026
These terms govern your use of AnswerThing (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. AnswerThing is a private beta operated by an individual; contact yoelgal108@gmail.com with questions.
The Service
AnswerThing reads your connected email, drafts replies in your voice, and surfaces them for your review. The assistant only proposes drafts. No email is ever sent without your explicit, per-message approval. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before approving it.
Eligibility & access
Access is currently invite-only. You must be authorised to connect any mailbox you connect, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to send content you are not entitled to send.
Your content
You retain all rights to your email and other content. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated drafts
Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. They are suggestions only. You are solely responsible for the content of any message you approve and send. We make no warranty that drafts are correct or fit for any purpose.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any messages sent through the Service following your approval.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your mailbox at any time. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, particularly during this beta period.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
